Thanksgiving in Las Vegas - Cocktail Crawl

Now that you’ve given thanks, picked the turkey carcass clean and awakened from your tryptophan-induced coma…it’s time to party! Here’s a tip — skip the pumpkin pie, designate a driver and try one (or more!) of these dessert-inspired libations:

Apple Frost
Available at Bellagio

Made with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Clear Creek Poire Williams Brand, pressed apple juice, lemon sour and Falernum, shaken and strained over ice into a Collins glass rimmed with cinnamon sugar.

[Wondering what “Falernum” is? It’s a sweet syrup used in tropical drinks and flavored with almond, ginger, cloves, lime and (sometimes) vanilla or allspice.]

Perla’s Pumpkin Pie Margarita - $11
Available at Hawaiian Tropic Zone

Made with Cazadores Anejo tequila, Hiram Walker pumpkin spice liqueur, orange juice and simple syrup shaken and poured over ice with pumpkin pie spice and lemon wedge garnish.

The Harvest Spice - $11
Available at Sushisamba inside the Palazzo

Made with Montecristo spiced rum, canton and pear juice, served in a martini glass drizzled with caramel sauce and topped with whipped cream and candied pecans.

Spiced Apple Margarita - $12
Available at T&T inside the Luxor

Made with Tres Generaciones Anejo tequila, sweet apples, fresh lime juice and Caribbean Falernum.

Ginger Spice Martini
Available at Noir Bar inside the Luxor

Made with ginger-infused simply syrup, cinnamon, brown sugar, heavy whipping cream black sambuca, vanilla vodka and spiced rum and served in a cream cheese frosting rimmed martini glass.
