Free Stuff in Vegas Today - 12/01/08
Nearly every day in Las Vegas you’ll find free stuff to see, do, or get. Free concerts, open bars and merchandise giveaways abound and this is where you’ll get the daily scoop.
We’re crazy for cowboys this week (and next) as the annual National Finals Rodeo comes to town and once again Sin City has rolled out the red carpet. There are tons of activities planned to keep the guys and gals entertained whenever they’re not at the Thomas & Mack Center attempting to ride bucking broncos and lasso livestock.
South Point is one of many host hotels for this year’s NFR and they’ll get the party started on Monday when The Miss Rodeo America Pageant gets underway at the Equestrian Center at 9 am. Spectators are welcome and admission is free.
Jody Nix wraps up the day with a free concert in The Showroom at South Point starting at 9 pm.
Elsewhere around town:
CatHouse Loungerie at the Luxor presents a “Fire & Ice” party with customized white fedora giveaways. Former Baywatch babe Traci Bingham hosts the evening. Doors open at 10:30 p.m.
Tonight’s open bar event takes place at Brand Steakhouse at the Monte Carlo from 6 pm-9 pm with complimentary Patron XO Café, a tequila based coffee liqueur – perfect for those who prefer to be wide awake when when drunk!
