This week’s Las Vegas Weekly giveaway gives you the chance to win two tickets to see the Secondhand Serenade “Fast Times at Secondhand High” Tour with special guests Parachute, Evan Taubenfeld, and The Rust at the House of Blues on Thursday, Sept. 3.
